15 Feb AN EXCLUSIVE OPAQUE BACKLIT SIGNAGE DESIGN FOR THE HOTEL AZALEA PLAYA

There’s no doubt that one of the priorities of any company when it wants to communicate its brand is to have a good logotype or 3d sign that can perfectly transmit the company’s values and attitudes. That’s why it’s so important to have a good company that specialises in the design of opaque backlit signs that can effectively communicate what the company is all about.

This is one of the reasons why the Hotel Azalea Playa, on the coast of Cádiz, placed its trust in Gigantia. It was looking for a company that is an expert in the design of opaque backlit signs that could fulfil the objective of making an illuminated steel sign to display their brand in accordance with the needs and preferences of the company, and they did just that.

MANUFACTURING AND DESIGNING OPAQUE BACKLIT SIGNS WITH LEDS.

For this project, Gigantia worked on all the design and manufacturing phases. Firstly, the design process of the letters of the 3d sign took place, bearing in mind the material that was initially proposed, which was stainless steel.

Then the most important part of the process took place, that of manufacture. On the one hand, the illuminated box where the 3d letters were to be placed was made, and then the letters themselves were made.

Our technicians used the best tools and machinery we have at Gigantia to make the box and the letters. Careful, detailed work finally gave shape to an illuminated box made of weathering steel with a galvanised tube structure with a metal oxide finish with cut stainless steel letters placed with separators to give an “out in the air” effect. All this with highly effective lighting inside.

AFTER THE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE, THE TIME CAME TO ASSEMBLE THE 3D SIGN

After the opaque backlit sign was designed and manufactured, the next and final stage of placement and assembly commenced.

In this case, Gigantia sent the best assemblers to the hotel so they could use all their skills to fix the 3d sign in just the right place.
